Parents to twins, our clients wanted to create a space that worked as both a double bedroom and play area for the growing twosome, whilst adding to the much-needed extra bathroom space the current property was lacking.

Result

Once completed, the new loft conversion gave ample space for both the twins to be comfortable and grow in their new large double bedroom.

A smart bathroom was also constructed as an independent room, accessible via the main staircase and hallway for easy use.
