Parents to four children, the homeowners wanted to increase the size of their current residence as opposed to moving entirely, due to the schools, friends and family in the area.

Result

To solve the issue of space, the loft conversion was built as both a Hip-to-Gable and Dormer. This meant there was ample space in the front bedroom, enough to be used by two boys, and a designated medium sized bedroom to the rear for the youngest daughter.

Both bedrooms adjoined a central bathroom that could be used and accessed via the landing, creating an entire new level to this family home.
