For this project, our clients were keen to build a separate, more independent space away from the rest of their home, to allow for more privacy from their now grown children.

The loft conversion also served as an investment opportunity for the homeowner, who was planning to sell on the property for a much higher profit, once the children had all moved out in the future.

Result

The end result was a lavish, open-plan master bedroom that served as its own stand-alone floor within the property. Complete with French-doors, built in airing cupboard and double Velux skylights; the finished conversion made an excellent new living space.

Not to be outdone, our clients also had a large walk-in wardrobe area and adjoining bathroom on a separate lower level to the master bedroom, offering a luxurious feel to the finished conversion.
