This L shaped dormer loft conversion on Woodville Road in Leytonstone E11 transformed an underused loft space into a spacious and highly functional new level within this Edwardian terrace. The design takes full advantage of both the main roof and rear addition, creating a significantly larger footprint and allowing for a more flexible and practical internal layout.
Particular attention was given to head height, natural light, and room positioning so the new loft space feels fully integrated with the existing home rather than an addition.
