Our client was a first-time buyer and property owner, looking for ways to regain on her investment, she decided to expand the room capacity of her home so there was an opportunity for rental income.

Result

A finely spaced master bedroom with en-suite was constructed at the front of the property, on the higher split-level of the loft conversion. This gave a much more effective experience of privacy for any potential future tenants.

An additional bedroom was built to the rear of the property, fitted with French doors and Juliet balcony that led out onto a delightful terrace area with glass panels and garden furniture. An ideal sun catcher and hang-out spot for those nicer days and evenings.
