Result

Upon completion, the property now had an additional two large bedrooms, one with direct access to a private outside terrace area that overlooked the surrounding location.

With refined finishes to the fitted wardrobes and glass sliding doors, and satin glass balustrade by the French doors, this once charmless property now stands as a cool, spacious home that has lots to talk about.
